  1. I’ve been trying to get in the habit of washing dishes immediately instead of leaving them. I also need to stop reading facebook so much! How about this one…
    Instead of driving to work, walk, ride a bike or take public transportation if you have those options.

  2. Instead of having the TV on in the background, play music. Instead of listening to music, play it/sing it yourself.

  3. No. 1, 3, 5, 9, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 25 are part of my daily life and the device called TV is no longer part of my life. Still there is enough left to make a chance for the better!

  4. Thanks for sharing Elizabeth! Glad to hear you are already incorporating those. I am assuming you are more able to incorporate some of those because you don’t have a TV!
