  1. Why do these things? For the tormented clowns, the reasons to forego the proverbial whiskey and balloons are often a hard sell.
    But convey how thoughtfulness and intention generally elicits meaningful, emotional feedback loops that foster a sense of significance and belonging in our communities and world-at-large could very well be the bridge between a tormented and self-actualized existence.
    To your concrete actions, I would add:
    Connect to and Get involved in a community
    Foster real time relationships
    Forego technology and social media on a regular basis
    Get outside
